But its not until our technicians open up the device, then we might discover other damage that needs done. We will give you a rough estimate for the repair, but if other damage needs looked at, then we will contact you before going any further with your repair.
If we have the part in stock, yes, we can fix your device on the same day. We would first need to inspect the device, access the damage, then see if we have the specific part in stock. Also, if we are busy with other work, and our technicians are busy, then there will be a waiting time. We aim to offer all our customers a fast turnaround.

Yes, you should make a backup of all your data before giving it to us. Should it be a cloud backup, a Google drive backup, a WhatsApp backup, we recommend that you make a backup of everything. A lot of damaged devices that come to us are usually straight forward, and nothing to do with your own personal data. But from experience, we never know the true extent of the damage until we open the device up. If there is a fault or damage to the main board, or some other unforeseen issue, then its good that your personal data is backed up, just in case we need to do a full factory reset of your device.
We should only need your screen lock pin, pattern or password. Nothing more. Don't worry, your device is in save hands with us. Your personal data and information has nothing to do with us. We only need the screen lock to test if we've done our job correctly.
Devices now control everything, we understand that you need to trust the company who will be handling the device in your absence, we have taken special measures and implemented the correct systems to make sure that all of your sensitive data is kept safe at all times. We sometimes recommend that you back up and erase your device for extra security however this may not always be possible, in order to test the device and complete our checks to the highest standard we would need the access code. This code is only accessible by your acting account manager and is not passed on to anyone else. This is held inside a secure database to be extra safe.

Our technicians will talk you through all of the options and prices before you make any decisions on what to do with your computer.
Our technicians will do our best to get your computer running before going down to route of a full re-install. Regarding your personal data, we can back that up onto an external drive for you, then it can be restored onto your machine after the new OS is installed.
Yes, we do call outs. Please contact us to arrange, however it is preferred you bring the computer or laptop to us. Our shop is open 6 days a week. Our technicians will assess the issue, and give you a rough time frame of the fix. If we discover additional issues or problems on-top, we will contact you via phone or email before proceeding forward. If there are any additional costs, we will also contact you before moving forward with it.
Yes, we can wipe your computer or laptop with a fresh install of the OS (operating system). Your computer will be back to running smooth as silk again with some additional programs to help your machine run faster than usual. If you need a fresh install of Office 365, we can also do that for you. All will be fully activated and legit.
It depends on the issue and how busy we are, but most repairs are done within 3-5 business days and sometimes even sooner! PC repairs are usually faster than mobile and tablet repairs. Advanced hardware repairs or repairs that require custom ordered parts can take longer depending on the severity of the issue. We take pride in having fast turn-arounds and nearly all of our repairs are done "in house" to ensure the highest quality and quickest results possible. Specialists repairs may be contracted out, if so you will be advised accordingly.
ALL-TEK isn't a retail store in the typical sense of the word, but we do stock a lot of parts that are needed for most of the repairs we do. This is to reduce waiting time for our repair jobs. You can extend your 14 / 28 days period loan by paying the renewal fee before the option expires then a new agreement is issued (T&C apply)
If the option to renew or redeem your agreement has expired contact us we may be able to retrieve your goods and reach a new agreement. Otherwise the collateral / goods are for sale.
Legally, the item or items you pawned as collateral against your loan is ours. If you don't pay the loan and interest back on the date of the original agreement, then by law, the item or items you gave us is ours.
